Late 19th century, Iran. All-over Herati blossom pattern with curling leaf. Warm and shinning tones of vermillion, coral, juniper, and slate on elegant cream ground. Single thin border - likely once a larger rug. Close cropped, dense pile. Light and pliant hand.
