Armenian woven, late 19th century. Double Eagle or Sunburst center with traditional crab-garland border. Pomegranate scepters and other budding flora surround. Skillful natural dyes, faded to a lovely terra cotta and turquoise with black/blue accents. Fine wool knots on flexible wool ground. Attractive patina and repairs.
