Quotes are valid for 30 days. A 50% deposit is required to begin the work. Unless otherwise noted, once deposit is paid, the turn around time for cleaning and repair service is 6 weeks.

All custom work must be picked up within 30 days of completion.

For every 30 days past, a $100 fee will be applied to the invoice.

Any item left past 90 days will be donated.
