Vintage European Appliqué

1950's, French. A naïve folk scene with a light hearted sprit. Animals at play - rabbits, cats, dogs, and a single goose and horse. Sunny rich colors, yolk, celadon, brick, black, and cream. Handmade from recycled fabrics, rendered with neat, attentive blanket stitching. Near perfect condition with light fading. Easy decorative piece for table top or wall.
