We allow most rugs to be sent on approval for a same-day trial. A credit card will be kept on file for the duration of the approval period. All information will be kept secure until the item is either purchased or returned.

If the client does not wish to purchase, merchandise must be returned to Sharktooth within operating hours. A 5% nonrefundable fee will be applied for each day late unless otherwise communicated or noted on invoice. Items on approval exceeding a total retail value of $7,000.00 will require a 10% refundable deposit.
