c. 1880, Caucasus Mountains. Single three tiered panel of rosettes flanked by ivory wing-like split palmettes. Traditional comb and petite flower borders. Warm and saturated natural dyes - indigo blue, moss, rose, and goldenrod. Finely woven, compact short wool pile on twisted wool warp. Flexible and repaired.
