Antique Shaker Mat - 2'7" x 3'9"

Circa 1940's, USA. Braided center with a knit perpendicular border. Malachite, magenta, violet, sage, ochre, and cream. Comprised of recycled cotton scraps - twill and plain weave. Surface of braids are worn, revealing new fabric beneath, the knit border has one 2 older repairs. Very solid condition despite.
