c. 1900, Eastern Caucasus. Spirited double medallions with multiple border surround. Small and finely knotted motifs throughout. Early aniline dyes in soft warming tones - buttermilk, berry, cyan, peach, and and powder white. Soft short wool pile on limber ground. Some surface abrasion, long tear rewoven.
