Late 19th century, Caucasus. Grid of blooming shapes with plain twisted border. Restrained and harmonious tones - cherry blossom, sand, bronze, lichen, and black. Original macramé knotted ivory wool warp. Very worn and supple, black dye is etched away - best decoratively, or in low traffic area.
